Hope Starts Here
Hope House provides a secure and supportive environment for the recovering woman with a full spectrum of services appropriate to individual needs.  Upon admission to the program, each resident develops her individual Treatment Plan with her case manager.  This plan outlines specific problem issues to be resolved with goals set to obtain the desired outcomes.  Included in the Treatment Plan are goals to maintain abstinence, obtain employment, and become self-sufficient.  A variety of other goals can be included, depending on individual need, such as parenting skills, education from GED preparation to technical classes, resolution of legal issues, counseling, and family reunification.
Client progress is assessed by case managers weekly with full-staff assessments bi-weekly.  Treatment Plan Reviews are conducted with the resident and case manager to determine which goals are being met, what needs should be addressed, and how the client sees her progress.
