Hope House offers options for residents who may be in need of after care after completing our program, including our Hannah House apartments and off-site case management.
Hannah House offers affordable, apartment-style living subsidized by Hope House. At Hannah House, residents are able to live independently while still having access to continued support and assistance with personal matters, such as budgeting and any remaining legal issues.
Hope House Alumni Group offers opportunities for graduates of the program to gather individually and in group settings in order to offer continued support to each other. They also offer hope and encouragement by mentoring to current residents of Hope House and Martha's Place. The Alumni group participates in the Celebration of Success and also participates in fundraising activities as a manner of giving back to the community.
